What’s your strategy for consistent Bible study and a culture of prayer?
My me time does it. I have spent all my nights in the past 15 years, in prayer. I am first a child of God before being a Man of God, so my hunger for more of God drives me.
We just have to ask, how many hours do you pray each day?
I pray for an average of 6 hours daily, mostly at night.
What counsel will you give a Christian struggling with their prayer life?
Crave for Divine encounters, and connect to men who are carriers of divine encounters and plug into the overflow of their own encounters with God
She loves God passionately. She loves to Pray. She loves to laugh. That I love to do as well
PERSONAL BELIEFS
What is your preferred translation of the bible? And why?
It’s not cast on concrete, but I often defer to King James and The Message Translation. I also freely refer to every available translation.
What do you believe to be the greatest challenge of the church in the end time?
Worldliness. The church of today wants to think like the world, dress like the world, behave like the world, reason like the world, etc.
What role do you see the Nigerian Church playing in the end- time?
I see the church giving direction to the nation. I see the church becoming the eye of the nation.
Any Words of advice for young pastors?
Be consistent, be a child of God first, be brave, hear from God, let your motivation be to bring God pleasure. Rewards will come from God, but don’t make it the focus of your ministry. gw
