For many craft brewers, participation in beer festivals is a tougher decision than it used to be. Cost, labor and attendance are big factors and sometimes it just doesn’t seem worth it.
The Bucks Beer Bash has changed that. Our hyperlocal event showcases Bucks County-area breweries, wineries and distilleries and focuses on the celebration and appreciation of the craft - not simply consumption. We’ve created a format that shares revenue with pouring participants, encourages attendance and maximizes the exposure and promotional value for the event and your business. Our event last March was a huge success for all and we're making it even better for 2025.
Two Sessions - VIP and Main – we have divided the event into 2 separate sessions on Saturday March 8th. The rst is a VIP Session from noon-3pm. Open pouring, free food, limited tickets available. The second session is our Main Session from 4-7pm which has a low admission fee of just $35 and includes 5 tasting tokens. (additional tokens can be purchased). What are tasting tokens? It’s a great way to keep people focused on being more selective about their tasting choices and consumption.
$350 Participant Bonus – As a participating pourer, you will get a $350 Bash Bonus to help o set your labor and other costs. You will be responsible for bringing your own product, serving at least 2 varieties that you choose. All guest beer servings are pours into the 4oz festival glasses - wine a spirits use same glasses but smaller pours accordingly. An 8 ft. table, table covering and ice will be provided.
Token Revenue Share - Participants will accept tokens for Main Session attendee tastings and will be paid at the end of the event $1.00 per token. This additional revenue can really add up for you.

• High attendance anticipated – we expect 400 people for VIP and 1,500+ for Main Session. The venue can hold up to 2,000 people.

The FUGE has become a premier event venue for the area and has held previous beer festivals with great success. This indoor space is perfect for a beer festival, is easy to get to and has plenty of free parking. Our sta is ready to help make this a great time for all.

The Bucks Beer Bash is an event focused on the celebration of local craft beer - and wine and spirits, too. We bring craft beer enthusiasts of all levels together with local breweries, wineries and distilleries to taste and explore the vast variety the Bucks and surrounding area has to o er. All this in a venue that encourages fun, participation and helps bene t very worthy local charities.
A portion of proceeds from our event will bene t the local Bucks County charitable organizations to help those who need it most. It's a great way we can all give back.
