Over the coming months, Jaguar will be reimagined for a new era. You will start to see changes to how Jaguar presents its brand, its retail operations, and over time, the vehicle portfolio.
Please note, Jaguar has ceased retail sales of new XE, XF, F-TYPE, E-PACE, F-PACE and I-PACE models, ahead of its renaissance with an all-new portfolio in 2026. Until Jaguar’s new models are available to order, all Jaguar sales are limited to Approved Pre-Owned vehicles.

How does Sytnerdrive Accident Aftercare work?
Using the Sytnerdrive service couldn’t be simpler. The team is on hand seven days a week and are fully trained to guide you through the process and keep you mobile.
If you've had an accident, make your local Sytner bodyshop or 0344 571 2719 (out of hours) your first call to discuss your claim.

If your claim is accepted, you will be contacted to schedule your vehicle repairs and arrange a replacement vehicle.
The team of skilled technicians will carry out any repairs and arrange the collection of your vehicle from the bodyshop once complete.

The wait is nearly over!
After such a long wait, we cannot wait to share the news that Sytner Jaguar Land Rover Maidstone are scheduled to finalise their re-build to a brand new, purpose-built ‘Arch’ site by the end of April this year. This announcement may be Maidstone’s best-kept secret - something only really known among colleagues and clients of the store.
In May 2023 they embarked on a total refit of their Approved Used facility, which was completed in January 2024. Since this date the main site for new vehicles and aftersales has been under redevelopment. The building was completely stripped, leaving just the framework and roof; a blank canvas so as to change the overall look and feel in line with our brand vision of modern luxury.

Sytner Maidstone will be amongst the first to complete a ‘House of Brands’ re-design in the UK; splitting their store into the four vehicle brands - Range Rover, Defender, Discovery and Jaguar.
The state-of-the-art facility will have a vehicle drive-through inspection tunnel which will provide our clients quick, accurate information about their cars body condition, tyre depths and front suspension tracking.
They will continue to deliver the excellent level of customer service that they currently provide and they look forward to introducing you to all of their new innovations.
