This year Holdcroft took part in Bangers4Ben, a car rally with a difference!

Our content creator Adam Welch and Simon Peacock took a 2005 Volvo XC90 (which cost just £750) on a 900 mile trip around the coast of Ireland, all whilst raising money for the Ben charity.

They saw some amazing scenery along the West Coast, whilst taking in the sights in Dublin where they finished their long cross country trip.

The Volvo made it back in one piece to Holdcroft and raised £1,532 plus £875 at the BCA auction, raising a total of £2,407 for the Ben charity.

Volvo supporting the PIAS Pageant Awards The Annual UK Pageant Industry Awards took place in September at Wychwood Park Hotel in Crewe.

Attended by 250 guests from around the UK, the organiser is our very own Volvo showroom host Debbie Hughes, pictured with her daughter Heidi (top right image).

This is the third event of its kind organised by Debbie, with her successfully raising nearly £60,000 for various charities over the past 3 years! Holdcroft proudly sponsored the evening, and were represented by Anthony Cox and Gareth Smith.

The evening in September was a great success with over £17,000 raised for various charities including: CRUK, MIND, and Macmillan - to name a few!
