Prickly Pear Puree

A creation of the Vergers Boiron ateliers, prickly pear puree brings to Canada all the delicacy of this ancestral fruit, produced around the Mediterranean and harvested between late August and late October. Its sweet, juicy flavour is a delightful addition to gourmet starters (duck foie gras), and creative desserts (clafoutis, ice creams).

Purée Figue de Barbarie Rouge

Création des ateliers des Vergers Boiron, la purée de poire cactus (figue de barbarie) apporte au Canada toute la finesse de ce fruit antique, produit autour de la Méditerranée et récolté de fin août à fin octobre. Sa saveur douce et juteuse ravive les entrées gastronomiques (le foie gras de canard) et les desserts originaux (clafoutis, glaces).
