2022 Woman Scouter of the Year
Kristine Pepe attended Triton Regional High School and worked for the ARC of Camden County for 15 years as a job coach, and for Sterling High School for 10 years. Being a stay-at-home mom for 15 years has allowed Kristine to be active in many community organizations such as PTO, Habitat for Humanity, and the BSA.
Kristine was first involved with the Boy Scouts of America over 25 years ago when her oldest son was a Wolf Cub, where she served five years as a Den Leader for Pack 116 in Pennsauken, NJ. When Kristine’s younger boys wanted to join Cub Scouts five years ago, she happily served as Den Leader, Committee Chair, and now serves as Scoutmaster. Even though her two boys have now moved on to Scouts BSA, Kristine’s true passion is the Cub Scout program, and she continues to serve as Cubmaster of Pack 36. Kristine enjoys planning new and exciting activities for her Pack, such as hiking club, reindeer games, and their annual fishing derby. Kristine resides in Vineland with her husband of 15 years, and two sons who are currently Tenderfoot and First Class Scouts with Troop 4.
In her spare time, Kristine volunteers at many school activities, South Jersey Animal Shelter, and many BSA events.
