2022 Cumberland County Woman of Achievement

For over 21 years Christy DiLeonardo has been a noteworthy leader in Cumberland County. You may know her from her work as the Division Director of Business Services and the Cumberland Salem Cape May Workforce Development Board.

Throughout Christy’s years of public service with the county she has negotiated strategic partnerships and alliances, convened key stake holders, and built and managed relationships with key stake holders related to workforce and economic development. Her relationships also include the local chambers of commerce, educational institutions, community and faithbased organizations, employer trade associations, organized labor, local and state government, and other organizations to promote

awareness and increase local involvement in workforce development. Christy’s focus has been to identify workforce issues and research gap analysis of industry needs and workforce skills.

Some of Christy’s personal accomplishments:

>> Cumberland County Technical Education Board Members and VP.

>> Serving on various boards to include: Economic Development, South Jersey Economic Development District, and Bridgeton Chamber of Commerce, just to name a few

Christy lives in Vineland and has been married to David for 24 years and has 3 children: David 18, Ava 15, and Gia 14.
