2022 Burlington County Woman of Achievement

Dr. Tiffani Worthy is an authentic leader and combat veteran with a diverse background that spans more than 20 years across various industries. The common thread in all that she does is her commitment to helping people and organizations reach their fullest potential and her passion for learning.

Dr. Worthy’s leadership experiences include serving as a US Army officer and on executive leadership teams at The George Washington University, M.C. Dean, a premier electrical engineering firm, Day & Zimmermann a $2.5B engineering firm, and as an Adjunct Professor and Course Chair at Drexel University for over 10 years. Using a consultative approach rooted in strategic analysis, and inclusive perspectives, Dr. Worthy delivers solutions to complex challenges wherever she is including her consulting firm, Worthy Solutions, and at Rowan College at Burlington County as the Associate Dean of STEM.

Wherever Dr. Worthy is, it is her mission to optimize performance and create inclusive spaces. In her community, Willingboro Township, Dr. Worthy was elected to serve on Willingboro Township Council in 2020 and unanimously selected by Council to serve as the Mayor for two consecutive one-year terms.

Today, Dr. Worthy serves as a Councilwoman for Willingboro Township and leads a nonprofit organization she and her husband founded, All Things Are Possible (ATAP) Foundation located in Willingboro, NJ, with a mission to empower the youth and to enhance the community through academics, athletics, arts, and awareness.

Dr. Worthy holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering and French from the United States Military Academy; a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University; and a Doctorate of Education in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University.

Dr. Worthy is married to Reverend Dr. Carlos Worthy, Lead Pastor of The Boro Church, and they have a tenth-grader and two adult children who serve as commissioned officers in the United States Army.
