2022 Salem County Woman of Achievement

Elaine Dunner is the Director of Business

Development and Marketing for Pennsville National Bank. She has lived, worked, and volunteered in Salem County for her entire life and cares deeply about the community , as evidenced by the wide variety of community organizations with which she is involved.

She is very active in the Woodstown Rotary Club and has served as President (2010/2011), and was involved in forming a Woodstown Community Interact Youth Club in 2013. She served in a District-appointed position as Rotary District 7640 Secretary and is currently the Club Secretary. Her favorite experience as a Rotarian has been serving as a host family for exchange students.

She served on the Meals on Wheels Board of Directors (2013-2017) and has been delivering meals to Salem and Gloucester County homebound seniors since 2005. She is currently on the Salem Community College Foundation board and has served as a business, economics and marketing professor at the college. SCC recognized her business leadership and contribution to the community by naming her 2015 Distinguished Alumni Award recipient. As a former Program Director of Ranch Hope she continues to have ties with the organization as a donor and member of the

Ranch Hope Auxiliary—Salem County.

Before serving as a representative for the Salem County Commission on Women, Elaine was honored with their Woman of Achievement award in 2017. She is a new member to the Pennsville Women’s Club having joined earlier this year. Elaine has also served as a volunteer and board member for both The Salvation Army (2018-2019) and the United Way of Salem County (Vita, Community Impact).

A graduate of Pennsville Memorial High School, Elaine has a passion for learning. She earned an Associates degree from Salem Community College, a Bachelors degree in Marketing and Communications from Wilmington University and two Masters Degrees: an MBA in Business/Finance and a Masters in Healthcare Administration, both from Wilmington University. Elaine has held a variety of professional positions in Marketing for organizations such as Mannington Mills, Deluxe Corporation, South Jersey Healthcare, and Ranch Hope prior to her current position at Pennsville National Bank.

Elaine and her husband Don have been married for 32 years and have one son. As a family they enjoy skiing, golfing and spending time at the beach.
