Payroll FAQ:Your W2 and Pay Statements Tax season is upon us once again, and in an effort to help G4S Secure Solutions (USA) employees across the United States, the payroll team has provided a list of a few frequently asked questions to help you navigate the coming months. If you have any questions, please contact your local office for assistance, call HQ Payroll at (888) 597-5476, or email notify_payroll_dept@usa.g4s.com. Please note, the following information applies to G4S Secure Solutions (USA) employees only. What do I have to do to get my W2? All W2’s will be mailed to every employee’s mail address that is on record as of 12/31/17. If there is no mail address, it will be sent to your home address on record as of 12/31/17. As a result, please make sure that your address is updated by 12/31/17. W2’s are also available online through the iPay website at www.ipay.adp.com. When you receive your pay statements, please verify that the proper state and locality taxes are withheld. If there are any issues, contact HQ Payroll at (888) 597-5476 or via email at notify_payroll_dept@usa.g4s.com. What is the iPay Website? To access your W2 and pay statements online, visit the iPay website at www.ipay.adp.com. If you would prefer to receive your W2 through the mail, you must choose to have it mailed to you on the website. If you do not update your mailing address by 12/31/2017, you can always receive your W2 and pay statements via the iPay website. If there are any issues with your pay statements, contact your local office immediately for adjustments by 12/31/2017. How do I register an account on the iPay website?

To register an account, visit www.ipay.adp.com/ipay/login.jsf (this is where current and former G4S Secure Solutions employees will go to register to see their statements and W-2s if they have received a paycheck since October 2010.) Click on Register Now (new employees have to wait to register until they have received their second paycheck) Enter the registration code: usag4s-ipay Enter your identity information but leave the Identity Type as it is Write down the User ID that is given and create a password that is at least 8 characters and contains one letter and one number Create your security question, enter your contact information, and skip the activation code step (the sixth step in the online registration) Review and submit and click on Log In to finalize the registration

What happens if I’ve forgotten my user ID/password? No problem. If you’ve already registered on the iPay website, call the iPay reset hotline at (855) 714-8188 for assistance. What happens if I get locked out of my account? If you are registering your account for the first time and you get locked out, contact the HQ Payroll team for assistance at (888) 597-5476 or via email
