The human brain needs to go through a series of startup sequences in order for the neurological system to develop properly. This startup sequence must be completed within every human brain.

Š 2021

LanaPi@pm.me

Page 2

Disturbing or interrupting this particular startup sequence creates a neurological block. The way to fix a neurological block is to reset and retrain the brain by going through the star-up sequence correctly.

Page 3

Alanna Pisani Š 2021

Neurological blocks can cause an imbalance in the brain causing one side of the brain to be out of control.

LanaPi@pm.me

Š 2021

Page 4

When one side of the brain is out of control it is working too much, and the opposite side of the brain is not working enough.

Alanna Pisani Š 2021

Page 5

Neurological blocks are caused by:

• Disruption or damage to the brain’s start-up sequences

Neurological blocks and stress can be linked.

Having a neurological block stresses the body, the immune system, and it causes more neurological blocks. The removal of neurological blocks can help people who are struggling. Š 2021

Page 12

LanaPi@pm.me

For some people, these blocks can create a never ending cycle.

The cycle ends when the block is removed. Alanna Pisani Š 2021

There are speci c body movements that must be completed each day. Completing these developmental sequences reprograms the neurological system and removes blocks. The movements must be done for at least 30 days in a row. Movements are speci c for each block.

Health Block

Fix:

How: Star sh Movement

You need a chair without arms or sit on the couch.

This is the starting position known as the “Star Position” Page 17

fi

Alanna Pisani © 2021

Next, start to close your arms and legs by crossing the right side over the left side. It should take 5 seconds to cross one side over the other.

This is the second position known as the “Ball Position”. © 2021

Page 18

LanaPi@pm.me

Now, as you open back up to a star and count backwards from 5 seconds. End at the star position when you get to zero seconds.

Take a breath and start closing into a ball. This time crossing left side over your right side. You have completed 1 cycle! Do a total of 3 cycles. Alanna Pisani Š 2021

Page 19

Complete this for a minimum of 30 days, sometimes longer. How long depends on how many problems the block is causing within your neurological system. More severe problems blocks means more days in a row completing movement in order to reprogram the system and remove the block. Completing this brain/body movement will reset the brain, the immune system, and it will serve as the new foundation for how the brain works going forward. #Reprogramming

Self-Soothing Block

How: Snow Angel Movement Starting Position: • Lay on back • Palms down • Breathe in

Page 21

Alanna Pisani © 2021

Move arms and legs apart, slowly but never stopping. Reach all the way up with arms; out with legs. To get arms to the top, and legs out should take 30 seconds. Now, take 30 seconds to slowly move arms and legs back down to the starting positioning. 1 cycle should take 1 minute.

Š 2021

LanaPi@pm.me

Page 22

Repeat the snow angel for 2 cycles once a day for at least 30 days in a row.

Snow Angel sequence. 3o seconds open. Pause 1 second. 30 second close. Repeat. Page 23

Alanna Pisani Š 2021

Remember, the brain develops with a number of start-up sequences. The brain must enter and complete each step in order to develop properly. If a start-up step is skipped or incomplete, than disruptions in the nervous system will occur.

Š 2021

Page 24

LanaPi@pm.me

These disruptions can look like... • Anxiety • Trouble sleeping • Difficulty concentrating • Motion sickness • Mood changes. Cranky • Picky about smells and clothing • Repetitive thinking • Mutism

Signs of having a Productivity Block on the Left Side of the Brain • Lots of ideas and no action. • Difficulty starting the day, a project, or a routine. • “If I could just...” Type of thinking • Trouble with writing and completing calculations

Alanna Pisani © 2021

Page 33

Signs of having a Productivity Block on the Right Side of the Brain • Tunnel Vision • Trouble seeing the “big” picture • Must know every detail and what is expected before working on a project • Cannot start a task that has vague or general directions

Page 35

We call this the productivity block because if the right and left sides of the brain are not working together, then productivity, initiation, and task/project completions are stopped. #CannotMoveForward #WeHaveaProblem #ProductivityDown #Stuck #GetTheBrainWorkingAgain We can reprogram the neurological system and improve productivity and functioning in the brain. Š 2021

Page 36

For the problem solver part of the brain to work, it needs to be completely engaged and interested in the task. This is one of my favorite parts of the brain because it requires a high level of connection and concentration. Also... It feels so good to solve a problem! Alanna Pisani Š 2021

Page 37

Page 38

Notice how the sensory part of the brain is next to the body awareness part. A Neurological block in the sensory area can cause a disturbance in body awareness. This helps to explain why people who have a connection block often are sensitive to touch, certain clothing, and/or the environment. Alanna Pisani Š 2021

Page 39

The health block is located at the bottom of the brain. In this area, breathing and heart rate are controlled. This part of the brain is also responsible for creating the immune system. A block in this area can create allergies, autoimmune disease, and anxiety.

Š 2021

Page 40

LanaPi@pm.me

A health block in this area is also close to the fear part of the brain. Which is why anxiety, depression, obsessions, and worry can evolve.

Are symptoms of a neurological health block.

Alanna Pisani Š 2021

Page 41

Right and left brain productivity blocks can look similar. A right productivity block doesn’t get anything done because they have a lot of ideas, no action, and are missing the details. A left productivity block doesn’t get anything done because of getting lost in the details, action without completion, over-perfection.

LanaPi@pm.me

© 2021

Page 42

The best strategy is to integrate or balance the sides of the brain. Balancing the right and left sides of the brain can remove blocks. It creates the opportunity for the brain to access of best attributes or strengths of both the right and the left side, at the same

time. Page 43

Alanna Pisani Š 2021

For Example, when engaged in a project. The brain needs details and a general idea. That means both the right and left sides of the brain are working and communicating. Details + Big Picture = Task Completion Left Brain + Right Brain = A Balanced Brain.

Š 2021

Page 44

LanaPi@pm.me

If a productivity block is present then so are health, connection, and focus blocks. In order to get a balanced brain, all blocks must be removed.

The brain startup sequences must be completed properly in order for the •Neurological •Immune •Sensory •Coordination Systems to develop correctly.

Alanna Pisani © 2021

Page 47

Each system builds upon one another. Neurological blocks created early in the startup process will create blocks throughout the rest of the startup sequence.

Š 2021

LanaPi@pm.me

Page 48

Most often, multiple neurological blocks exist at the same time. The fun part is completing the neurological movements that will reset and reprogram the neurological system to go through the startup sequence correctly.

How: Balance the right and left brain

© 2021

Page 50

LanaPi@pm.me

Balancing the sides of the brain is fun! It might even seem challenging, but that’s the whole point! You want to engage in activities that encourage the right side of your brain which is creative and the left side of your brain which likes to sequence and put things in order. Alanna Pisani Š 2021

Page 51

Right brain thinkers are very imaginative. If this imagination is not used productively, then it creates anxiety.

LanaPi@pm.me

Š 2021

Page 52

People who have anxiety are more likely to be right brain thinkers. Anxiety is worry and over-thinking about scenarios. It is easy for a right brain thinker to imagine all kinds of scenarios because they are so imaginative. It is in the imagination that creates the anxiety of a situation.

Alanna Pisani Š 2021

Page 53

The left side of the brain like details, logic, language, and numbers. Overly strong left- brain thinkers over analyze or get stuck in the details of a project. This causes a person to freeze or not get anything done. LanaPi@pm.me

Š 2021

Page 54

The best way to balance the brain is to do activities that incorporate the right brain skills and the left brain skills at the same time. Like jumping and saying out loud with a friend items within a category. The right brain is stimulated through movement and the left brain is stimulated through language. Page 55

Alanna Pisani Š 2021

The brain must use both sides at the same time. This creates balance and prepares the brain for work and other daily projects.

Š 2021

LanaPi@pm.me

Page 56

An example of an activity like this is jumping and naming items in a category (category is: animals that live in a zoo)

Alanna Pisani Š 2021

Page 57

If you stop jumping while you name animals, or you can’t think of any animals while you jump, then there is an imbalance.

LanaPi@pm.me

Š 2021

Page 58

This gives us a clue as to which side of the brain has a block, just through a simple activity like that! There are several ways to balance both sides of the brain, and the specific activities depend on each person and their specific case.

Alanna Pisani Š 2021

Page 59

The list of activities can be endless. And specific activities are individualized. Here is a ridiculously short list of ideas for balancing the brain.

Š 2021

Page 60

Perfect Brain Balancers Just to name a few activities that work on both the right brain (unstructured) and the left brain (structured) at the same time.

• Mediation • Mediation with movement such as Qigong, Yoga, Tai Chi • Sports Page 63

Alanna Pisani © 2021

• Cooking from a recipe • Reading music and playing a musical instrument (improv is also good!) • Building or assembling a project with step by step directions The key here is to find an activity that has a combination of structured and unstructured components!

Performing Reflex Movements and Removing Blocks will create a balanced and healthy nervous system. A happy brain can rewire and change the immune system.

Page 65

Alanna Pisani Š 2021

When the nervous system and the immune system are in-sync… Then Autoimmune disease, Trouble sleeping, Attention problems, Sensory issues, Anxiety, Worry... ……fade away because the neurological system is working smoothly and any neurological blocks are removed.
