Established in September 2018 by couple Fitz and Zoe Spencer, our establishment offers a unique and inviting experience as a hybrid wine deli. We take great pride in our extensive selection of wines. With over 30 exquisite wines available by the glass and an impressive collection of 200 wines by the bottle, our offerings cater to all tastes and preferences. Whether you’re a seasoned wine connoisseur or just beginning to explore the world of wine, our knowledgeable staff are ready to assist you in finding the perfect wine to suit your palate. But wine is not the only star at Honkytonk. We have carefully crafted a food menu that complements our wines beautifully. Headed up by head Chef Don Spencer, creator of Lunch with Don, our deli-style sharing boards are designed to enhance your wine experience, featuring a delightful array of artisan cheeses, cured meats, fresh bread, and other delectable accompaniments.
