Golden yellow in colour with copper notes and a nutty aroma. It is dry and expressive with plenty of dried fruit character on the palate.

Clean intense aromas of fruit and cut grass. The taste is dry yet soft encompassing classic salty notes on the palate with a refreshing bitterness on the palate.

Aromas bursting with chocolate, caramel, almonds and wood. The palate is silky and almonds resurface with a touch of spice.

Deep and rich with lively aromas of orange peel, almonds and hazelnuts. The taste is dry and powerful rather than sweet with a sharp crisp finish.

Dark amber in colour with a nose full of caramel and almonds, which characterises the palate along with raisins and candied fruit.

Dark, rich and predominantly sweet with raisins and figs on the nose supplemented by coffee, chocolate and liquorice on the palate to give a warm, velvety mouth-feel.

Clean and fresh with overtones. Crisp and elegant with fruity grape flavours, backed up by woody and nutty flavours.

A blend of the pale dryness of a quality Fino with the added depth and body of a Cream. The result is a sherry with a clean crisp taste, and an aromatic sweet finish giving you a lighter, fresher alternative to traditional dark sherries.

Uncompromisingly dry, refreshing and distinctive, Tio Pepe is the perfect partner for savoury nibbles, olives, fried fish, Spanish ham and of course tapas. Tio Pepe is best enjoyed within a year of bottling.
