Ed- See below pics from a project we are just completing at the Brae Burn CC in Harrison. The architect designed acoustical ceiling tiles with MDF strips to place the lighting in and give the ceilings a fresh look. They also added light coves to add to the lighting affect.

My square foot cost for these ceilings including painting of the MDF is $20SF. The price for creating the coves for the lighting is approximately $60 a linear foot. Electrical and lighting are not included in the SF/LF costs quoted. These pictures are not professionally taken, they were taken today buy my field super.

We are just finishing up the project, so I apologize for the picture quality and the clutter. As you can see, your club can be refreshed for a reasonable amount of $$$. I will send more pics when we finish next week. I can give you SF costs for everything that your architect wants to do, so you can evaluate everything based on getting the biggest bang for your buck.
