Professional Bachelor´s Degree in International Gastronomic Restaurant Management «With an emphasis in French & European Culinary Culture» Program Tuition July 2011 – June 2012: The Program is Limited to a selection of the best 30 student candidates per year and involves a cutting edge highend luxury training, educational and internship program in Paris France. Each student receives individual and personalized training involving the best French and European techniques and “Savoir Faire”.
Registration Fee: Must be returned upon acceptance with the rest of the documentation required and may be paid by check in US funds by a US bank or by paypal Intensive French Program: 6 Week intensive program in Paris (France) prior to the start of the French degree program Licence Professionnelle de Restauration Gastronomique: 10 month French degree program in Paris France including all tuition costs, program fees and cooking ingredients. It also includes all internship processing fees. Most students will receive and economic compensation during their internships (approximately € 400 Euros per month depending on the hotel /restaurant) France Medical Insurance: Medical insurance coverage fee to be paid prior to departure.

Transportation and assistance upon arrival at the airport in Paris (optional): A member of our staff will greet you upon arrival at the airport in Paris, will personally take a taxi with you to your housing and / or initial lodging arrangements and will help you settle in. Paris Housing Assistance Fee (optional): This fee is for students that need assistance in finding housing arrangements in Paris. This fee does not include rental payments or any other specific housing fees. Welcome to Paris France assistance and Orientation Week Fee: Includes welcome, orientation, personal assistance with all administrative procedures and walking guided tours in Paris during the first week in France. It includes one group welcome dinner at a restaurant in Paris. Weekends of Culinary Culture and Wine discovery in France and Europe (optional): • Parisian Food & Beverage Concepts • Strasbourg and the Alsace region • The Loire valley • La Provence • La Bretagne • Bordeaux and the South West • La Côte D’Azur (French Riviera) • Barcelona Spain • Etc... Includes transportation from and to Paris, hotel accommodations based on double occupancy, visits and one meal per day (breakfast, lunch or dinner) “Soirées” Gastronomiques (optional): Once a month throughout the whole year, the student will have the opportunity of going to a restaurant in a group with one of his / her instructors for a very special and unique experience. Whether it is in a Gastronomic Parisian Michelin Stared Restaurant, a world famous chef de cuisine’s restaurant or an innovative restaurant concept, this will be the occasion to enjoy and analyze what makes those places and professionals so special and valuable.
