I. Before Departure for France: • Program Orientation Meeting in San Diego This meeting may be replaced by an individual orientation session by telephone or skype for all students that are not geographically near San Diego. • VISA assistance Assistance and coordination between EuroAmerica and the student in order for him or her to be able to obtain his or her visa in the French Consulate and for all other necessary permits for their year of studies in France. • Paris Housing Assistance Assistance and coordination between EuroAmerica and the student in order for him or her to be able to make all necessary housing arrangements for their year of studies en France.

II. During the school year in Paris: July 10th, 2011

Arrival in Paris: Includes necessary culinary and service uniforms, equipment and materials that are not furnished by the UCP / IUFM & LHGT.

July 11th - 15th

Introduction and Orientation Week: Welcome to Paris, France! Introduction to the program, personal assistance with all administrative procedures, housing assistance, bank assistance, local health insurance and medical assistance.
