AQUATICS

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

PARENT TOT - ages 6 months to 3 years old are in the water with a parent while working on acclimating to being in the water.

KINDERSWIM - ages 3-5 years old. Kids will work on water acclimation without a parent. This is a beginning-level class to work on skills with instructor assistance.

LEVEL I - ages 5+ Intro to swimming basics with the assistance of an instructor.

LEVEL II - ages 5+ Work on coordination in the water and adding on the swimming basics with the swimmers becoming independent of the instructor.

LEVEL III - Swimmers have mastered all of the beginning skills independently and now work to swim distances and skills necessary for proper swimming form.

STROKE SCHOOL - Stroke School is an advanced series of swim instruction for youth who are interested in stroke proficiency or swim teams.

FAST SWIM TEAM - FAST is a competitive youth swim team with YMCA and USA Swimming dual affiliation. Practice is held year-round and the team is open to swimmers of all experience levels.

Fremont Area Swim Team Masters “FASTERS” - Swim Team is for anyone 18 & older. Our goal is to help adults achieve their swimming and fitness goals.

50/50 Water Fitness Challenge - We are challenging swimmers, walkers, and water aerobic participants to keep track of the laps (swimmers) and minutes (walkers and water aerobics participants) while they are using the pool.

Midland Cardio Tennis Clinic

Time: 6pm-8pm

Midland Tennis players are hosting a one-time-only Cardio Tennis Clinic! This event is for every adult skill level - from beginners who want a fast-paced crash course, to experts who want to work up a sweat. 2-hour Drop-In Time.

Bergan Catholic Football Clinics

5-8 and 9-12 age groups

The Bergan Catholic Football Team will host a clinic to prepare prospective players for the Spring NFL Flag Football session. Run drills, learn techniques, or polish your skills during our 1hr crash course for beginners and those wanting to get a little practice in!

Bergan Catholic Volleyball Clinics

5-8 and 9-12 age groups

The Bergan Catholic Volleyball Team will host a clinic to prepare prospective players for the Spring Youth Volleyball session. Hone your skills to bump, set, and spike with high-school level players in our 1hr clinics for first-time players and those prepping for the season!

Futsal is an increasingly popular variation of soccer with slightly different rules – and played on hard surfaces like basketball courts, making it a perfect indoor activity for winter months!

Little Kickers

Little Kickers is perfect for beginners, helping young athletes build confidence while improving footwork, passing, and ball control. Our indoor soccer focus on teaching basic skills, teamwork, and coordination in a fun, supportive environment.

Water Aerobics

A low-impact, full-body workout in the pool. Participants engage in various exercises and movements while partially submerged, benefiting from water resistance to improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness in a joint-friendly environment. Moo Performance Classes

Moo Athletic Development (MAD) class goal is to expose young athletes to a wide variety of physical fitness skills, thus stimulating healthy development and increasing their functional capacities, strength, motor abilities, eye-hand coordination, balance, and more.

Forever Fit

Low impact aerobics, stretching and the use of light hand weights. This class helps keep muscles and bones strong and increases the participant’s balance, coordination and range of motion.

Tai Chi

This class focuses on strengthening th central nervous system and stimulatin the cerebal cortex. This helps the brai to rest and relieves certain nervous an mental disease. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.

Water Aerobics

Active Primetimers Potluck
