MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

This annual publication provides an overview of faculty scholarly activities during the past 12 months. This past year, as a result of the global pandemic, Fredonia faculty were constrained in their efforts to engage students in their scholarly work and to participate in professional conferences. Notwithstanding the many pandemic induced constraints, the number of publications and artistic productions highlighted in this publication is a clear demonstration of the commitment of the faculty at SUNY Fredonia to advancing learning, searching, creativity, innovation and service. It is very impressive what they were able to achieve in such an unprecedented year. I am proud and thankful for their work and commitment to fulfilling the mission of the university.
