Jane Pendlebury has worked with HOSPA (the Hospitality Professionals Association) for many years and has been CEO for 8 years. HOSPA is a not-for-profit membership organisation for commercial leaders involved in finance, technology, revenue management and marketing alongside hospitality business owners and their representatives. Having gained a degree in hospitality management, Jane worked in both chain and independent hotels before becoming a supplier of technology to the industry. She is an enthusiastic supporter of hospitality businesses and the myriad of people who work within them. Jane likes to add her positive voice to promote the industry far and wide.

Andrew Evers, has been in the technology space now for 27 years and working alongside luxury hospitality since 2011. In that time, they’ve seen the transformation of the traditional “IT Department” in to a genuine business driver in the boardroom, and recognised as a value-add for guests, colleagues and partners. The task of really understanding the business roadmap and devising a long-term technology strategy which supports business goals has never been more challenging, important nor more exciting than right now! Today, he looks after Rocco Forte’s technology agenda as Group Director of IT. Brand is so important to them and everything they do has to demonstrate value. Too much tech or tech-for-tech’s sake will spoil our very special recipe. The tech is exactly where you’d expect it, without being invasive -just like every other component of their business.
Gavin Allison is the Global Head of IT for Lore Group. With a distinguished career spanning over 20 years in the hospitality sector, he has held pivotal roles at companies such as Cheval Collection, Mandarin Oriental, and Four Seasons. Gavin has led IT teams in these roles, defining strategic tech directions for numerous hotels across the UK and the Americas.
Shane Doyle, a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector, serves as the Group IT Manager for Leonardo Hotels UK and Ireland. He oversees IT operations for 57 hotels in the region and contributes to the global network of 300 hotels.
