L’artusi is a restaurant totally immersed in the New Italian Food Vague in France and specially in Paris, that same vague leading the New York Times to write : Paris Might Be the Best City for Italian Food (Outside Italy). Far away from classic Italian restaurant in other countries, L’artusi is deeply linked to Italy, in terms of recipes, ways of doing, produces, staff in the kitchen and in the restaurant. Every detail is perfectly Italian : menus are printed on different types of Fedrigoni paper and the menu handler is a fine kraft work made in Naples by Legatoria Artigiana. Food Stories Agency provides L’artusi with a service named Digital Maitre de Salle: once the branding project in written and designed, we constantly keep an eye on the restaurant’s digital ecosystem. We constantly verify the efficiency of L’artusi communication system and always check the perfect correspondance between the restaurant project and its development in real restaurant life. We provide a full time consulting service.
