alaympady is a place, located on the hill top of Malabar hills, about 6 km away from nearby towns, and no public transportation. The students walk for 12 km every day to go to school. Many of them are poor and daily laborers, so the families cannot afford the daily expenses. During this Pandemic, the children and youth have been bound to stay at home, as the schools were shut down and kept away from education for a long time. Though there is an online classes everyday but being away from school the children and youth have slowly began to find distance from education and study. In this situation our community of Malayampady, have decided to organize English learning classes for students to promote, good values and love for education and also to grow in friendship. We have followed all the protocols of the Covid and took permission from the government and organized this program. Education of Children is the expression of our charity; charity offered to children and youth of Malayampady and to near-
by places, irrespective of caste, creed and religion. Unless the only reason you are learning English is to read literature, you are going to have to communicate with English speakers at some point. Whether traveling abroad, working for an international company or going to an Englishspeaking university. But it is always necessary to know this language because it is the only language widely used and accepted. The course is filled with helpful content, as well as English conversations, dialogues and comprehension. Nowadays, more and more people are dedi-cating time to study English as a second language. We included all the students from kindergarten onwards and divided all of them into different groups under the guidance of different teachers. If communicate is one of their goals, it is important to balance the four major skills; listening, speaking, reading and writing are the main skills you need to communicate. Children are our future.
