HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS: Outdoor Performance Series For the comfort and safety of audience members and company members, Florida Rep is pleased to share this plan to ensure best practices for sanitization and social distancing for its outdoor venue performances.

The Outdoor stage and seating area is located on the northeast lawn next to the Hall of Fifty States on Edwards and Jackson Streets.

All patrons and staff MUST WEAR A FACE COVERING AT ALL TIMES. The theatre will provide face coverings to patrons who do not bring their own.

The seating area on the lawn will be partitioned into 12’ x 12’ seating areas.

The aisles between seating areas is 6’ wide. Aisles will be labeled with directional markings so the audience members can only walk in one direction.

The stage is 18’ away from the first row of seats.

Staff and volunteers will be present before and during the performances to enforce social distancing guidelines.

Signage along each aisle and at entrances and exits will remind patrons to maintain social distancing and make use of hand sanitization stations.

Ticket Sales, Show Entrances & Exits • • • • • •

Seating is limited and tickets must be purchased in advance – online or by calling the Box Office at 239-332-4488.

The parking attendant will have a printed attendance list, and will check patrons in at the parking gate. No physical tickets will be printed.

There is one attended entrance and exit to the parking lot. Upon entering the parking lot, patrons will be directed to their parking spot and to the lawn seating entrance.

There is one designated entrance and one designated exit to the seating area. One-way pedestrian traffic in and out is strictly enforced.

Hand sanitizing stations will be placed at the entrances and exits to the seating area.

Once seated, patrons will be encouraged to remain within their marked seating area until the end of the performance.

Face Covering – All patrons and staff MUST WEAR face coverings at all times.

Complementary masks will be available at the entrance for patrons who need one.

Hand Sanitizing stations will be maintained o At the entrance/exit to the grass field o At all building entrances and exits o At all restroom facilities Temperature Checks o Temperature checks will be made at the entrance to the Arcade Hallway for those wishing to use the lobby restrooms.

Restroom Facilities o Outdoor restroom facilities will be available near the parking lot. All facilities will be sanitized by staff members before every performance. o The restroom facilities in the lobby of the Arcade Theatre will be available to guests. o Volunteers will be stationed in the Arcade Lobby to help maintain social distancing and the sanitization of restroom facilities. o Lobby restroom occupancy is limited to two people at a time.
