Environmental superhero
It is not necessary to buy a cape and a green mask, you just have to promote in your home, school, community, and/or neighborhood, actions that promote the sustainable use of renewable and non-renewable natural resources. Or something simpler, put the rule of Rs into practice. What if we better start making the R rule go viral on social networks?
The planet will thank us!
The world is full of people with many artistic and creative abilities, who want to generate a change in humanity with positive actions. For this reason, I would add one more R, to the already-known "RENEW"
You know how to paint on fabric, the sewing machine is your anti-stress, you relax while making imitation jewelry, and you have all the carpentry tools. WAKE UP! That ´ s your skill. We all have a skill hidden in our being and today it may be about to blossom. This could be your new environmentally responsible entrepreneurship. Cheer up!!
RENEW
How about we start with the clothes stored in your closet? You could paint it, cut it, raise the hem, glue on some patches of your creation or perhaps add a new decorative accessory. And if we talk about fabric, jeans are never missing from our closet. You could make pencil cases, tote bags, picnic blankets, placemats for eating.
It is time to become demanding consumers in the environmental field. Before consuming, find out if the company practices Corporate Environmental Responsibility. What would happen if we supported 100% of those entrepreneurs and/or businessmen who are committed to the environment? If you know one, support them! Incentivize them for their good environmental practices. And if it comes to furniture, I choose wood. You could paint it in modern colors and that's it! You have a new piece of furniture. Wooden stumps could be a good option for making educational games for children, wooden dolls, silhouettes of people to paint, and much more.
DO YOU HAVE ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS?
If you care about conserving, protecting, and caring for the environment, then the answer is YES. Improving our habits is NOT difficult. At first, it will be difficult for you to adapt, but then it will become so natural. If possible!! And together we can achieve the change that the planet urgently requires.
DID YOU KNOW...?
Sweden recycles 99% of its garbage and transforms it into energy for its entire country. Likewise, it imports 700,000 tons of waste from other countries such as Italy and the United Kingdom to supply its 32 energy centers.
South Korea recycles 95% of its food waste.
If they could achieve it why can't we?
Have you heard that phrase that says "CHEAP THINGS ARE EXPENSIVE". It's true!
If you can save more time to buy something of good quality, it would be ideal. This way, you won't have to put money into water and not only that, you will avoid generating solid waste for pleasure. The benefit is for both your wallet and the planet.
Let's start practicing it make it viral on social media and encourage responsible consumption. The R is fashionable
The market offers us several product alternatives, which, due to their beauty, usefulness, accessibility, and other characteristics, we consumers acquire. The world does not stop, the planet continues to shelter us and give us everything it has without asking us for anything in return. It is time to become environmentally responsible consumers and change our consumer habits.

Chopped fruit packaged in disposable plastic in supermarkets? The fruit will disappear in 5 minutes but the plastic will degrade between 100 years and more. It is not difficult to cut a fruit into pieces.
Vegetables packaged in foam and wrapped in film? You will finish the vegetables in a couple of hours or days, but the film and foam will remain, which is a petroleum derivative.
Plastic cutlery in delivery? With its use you only contribute to the generation of solid waste that takes 400 years to decompose.

Let's join together to carry out positive actions

Alternatives to replace single use plastics with bioplastics.
WHAT DOES BIOPLASTICS MEAN?
Bioplastics are characterized by being made from organic materials, they are biodegradable.
*For example, it would be ideal to replace single-use plastic food containers with 100% compostable or biodegradable food containers.
And... What do you think if we include a new object in our handbag? Exact!
A beautiful environmentally sustainable cloth bag, if you take it wherever you go, you will refuse plastic bags.
And if we start replacing foam egg packaging with cardboard.
We could also incorporate a biodegradable disposable wooden mixer into hot or cold drinks.
It's time to REPLACE styrofoam food containers with biodegradable containers.
What if we started to REPLACE clothing packaging bags for sale with paper bags?
DID YOU KNOW...?
Tecnopor (Expanded Polystyrene) is a petroleum derivative and when it comes into contact with hot food, it generates toxic substances for the body.
I love that people use their academic knowledge to create eco-friendly products for the planet. Eco-friendly laundry sheets are here to stay and REPLACE conventional sheets.

ORGANIC AND INORGANIC SOLID WASTE VS GARBAGE
Something so easy to remember is that organic and inorganic solid waste can be reused and garbage CANNOT. For example, candy wrappers cannot be recycled, however, branches, leaves, food scraps, vegetable peels, fruits, and vegetables can be recycled.
GARBAGE
Useless waste
For example: snack wrappers, sweets, wrappers for your non-perishable foods, bags or paper stained with oil or food, diapers, used napkins, plastic wrap, etc.
What do you think if we added 1 more step to the classification and separation of your solid waste, before taking it to the recycling bin. Exact!!! Smash them.
SMASH THEM!
and why?
Reduce the volume and create more space in your recycling bin.
Reduces space in transportation to the recycling facility.
Increases productivity in the recycling process.

takes between 1,000 years to pose and many end up in rivers eas, affecting rine fauna.
But... What are single-use plastics?
They are petroleum products designed to be used only once and then discarded. They are not biodegradable.
IMPORTANT DATA
Petroleum: It is a non-renewable resource and the main source of energy and raw materials for the manufacture of a wide variety of derivatives, including plastics.
Read in the news that the Canadian wildfires have burned more than 10 million hectares of forest. It's devastating! You can imagine all the fauna that lived there looking for a new home. Now, it will take between 10 to 20 years to see it as before, as long as we start reforesting it from now on. The trees of New York City also suffer and some people use them as ashtrays. The addictions and bad habits of New York residents shou
Fortunately, there are innovative, creative people who are always thinking about environmentally sustainable projects.
I loved reading in a store that sells floral arrangements for funerals, this message: Plant a tree in memory of (name of the deceased). It fills me with joy to know that through that planted tree one stays connected with the loved one. There are so many deforested areas that could be recovered thanks to this type of initiative.
Another very innovative idea is to create cemeteries full of trees instead of tombstones.
The ashes of the deceased are part of the fertilizer for the tree to grow and form the Memorial Forests. An idea that should be replicated throughout the world. Let's promotereforestation with
BENEFITS OF PLANTING A TREE
. Its shadow refreshes
. Releases oxygen
. carbon sequestration
. Improves biodiversity
. Increases soil fertility
. It is the habitat of many species
When you have one or several plants in your house, you not only beautify your space but also fill it with vitality. It is very thrifty, it only needs water, light, fertilized soil, and 10 minutes of your time. Care is super easy, you just have to add water when the soil is dry. Every time a leaf sprouts you will feel happy because that means that you take care of it with love. Cheer up! You could start with a cactus.
By buying a plant you promote local work, generate jobs, and increase the number of nurseries and it will become a more profitable activity for entrepreneurs.
If you love gardening, this is for you. If you find a plant lying on the street, ADOPT IT!
Do you know what is the most beautiful thing about adopting a plant?
You create a connection with nature.
Some people get rid of them when they notice their yellowing leaves; but don ´ t hesitate to take it, you will see that all your love, time and good vibes will make it beautiful.
Currently, Challenges are fashionable and make them viral on social media.
And because we don't start with ENVIRONMENTAL CHALLENGES, influencers could help us with this arduous task of environmental awareness. Our planet needs us, TODAY, TOMORROW, and ALWAYS!
Therefore, it is vitally important to put the rule of Rs into practice.
