New York has things that I would love for my country to have, including a recycling program incorporated into the curb of every New York home Unfortunately, the problem of organic waste is difficult to deal with, so incorporating a brown container for organic waste is not enough, because the problems persist over time. Companies like Lomi composter and MILL have created a tool to treat food waste, but the problem with this product is that it is not accessible to the entire community, because the cost varies between $500 to $1,000, and let's be realistic, very few people invest in an environmentally friendly product.
So here is where my idea was born. Why not combine knowledge and capital to manufacture a built-in, sustainable, and environmentally friendly stainless steel appliance?
Can you imagine all the homes, restaurants, and offices in New York using this new appliance? In a short time, it would become as indispensable as a refrigerator or a stove, which, thanks to the benefits that the State of New York would grant to New York citizens for the implementation of the built-in appliance, would give way to a circular economy, leaving the concept of a linear economy in the past
Now, the brown containers would no longer receive food waste that only generates leachates and greenhouse gases, but rather a dehydrated residue, ready to be taken to the Composting Area for its respective composting process. What do you think?

But after constantly hearing and seeing the news about natural disasters caused by climate change, it calls for reflection, so here is where «Bio Sunday» was born, a date to make sustainable purchases in the company of the whole family.
An excellent opportunity to promote the products of those ecofriendly entrepreneurs, related to fashion, home accessories, art and why not include those chef owners who have a «Zero Waste» policy in their restaurant.

The home is the first place where our children are raised and a refuge of love. Then comes school, a place of great knowledge and wisdom It is difficult to succeed in a project when the direct beneficiaries are not involved in the project's objective.
One of my great passions is the subject of solid waste, which is why I focused on the Curbside Recycling Program from the first day I arrived in New York, I find interesting, but as always, there are residents who do not classify their waste correctly and some sidewalks are really a disaster to the point of giving a bad image to the neighborhood.
So, this is where my idea of the «Little Troopers» comes from. If we expand the Program in schools, they would probably be the first to teach all the members of their household how to correctly comply with environmental rules. The proposal does not seek to make us all think green, but to help meet environmental goals.

If you don't have a car, no problem, because the bus or train takes you wherever you want to go, without waiting more than 15 minutes, but there is always something that can be improved. So, I have seen how the noise of the train makes it impossible to hear a call or how a small child covers his ears to avoid hearing the noise generated by the train, because it passes through his favorite park.
In fact, if there is one thing that attracts me to New York, it is that I feel the freedom to dream and that it can become a reality, so why not say GOODBYE TO NOISE?
