MOTIVATION
I wanted to feel better about myself, get healthier and physically look better (to myself ) in the mirror. My family members suffer from heart disease, diabetes and strokes. I didn’t want to be a “repeat” of the same.
My family, my loved ones, and the internal drive to beat myself every day in my own game of life. I know that I never want to go back to being that girl so I check myself often.
HOW MY TRANSFORMATION CHANGED MY LIFE I have way more energy and people have noticed my confidence increased gradually too! I love how the discipline to stick to it allowed me to find a purpose in helping to educate other people to become healthier in their lives. I’m happier, healthier and helping everyone around me become a better person inside and out!
HOW I DID IT I focused on nutritional education, cardio and weight training… that’s right the hard way. I didn’t want to do surgery because I knew I wanted longevity and to work on my habits for a lifetime. Within 3-years I lost 150 pounds naturally with proper application of nutrition.
KEY ADVICE FOR THOSE WANTING TO TRANSFORM THEIR BODY Start with loving yourself, striping naked to your vulnerabilities and continue to challenge yourself to always make progress every day. You can make small changes daily that turn into new good habits. Do your research and pay attention to your body. Remember that the journey is the reward, everything else is a bonus!
