The apartment had an exaggerated, disconnected and wasteful division in relation to the area. Referencing Japanese architecture, the living areas were favored, increasing the depth of field, expressing values and principles of a minimalist lifestyle. The volume located in the room, which contains the office and the toilet, in addition to contributing to the fluidity of the environment and defining activity zones, incorporates infrastructure's elements that cannot be changed.

The apartment has a linear layout, however the openings are located at the ends, for this reason the children's suite has an unusual configuration. There are two bedrooms, which work integrated and connected to a bathroom, yet a wooden panel guarantees privacy. The materials used, combined to a simple contemporary design of the furniture, create a luxurious interior that explores texture and color.
