The apartment had an exaggerated, disconnected and wasteful division in relation to the area. Referencing Japanese architecture, the living areas were favored, increasing the depth of field, expressing values and principles of a minimalist lifestyle. The volume located in the room, which contains the office and the toilet, in addition to contributing to the fluidity of the environment and defining activity zones, incorporates infrastructure's elements that cannot be changed.
