Strawberries & Cream Skin Smoothie

makes: 1 large smoothie | time: 5 mins | gluten free

Ingredients

• 1 frozen banana

• ¼ avocado, frozen

• 1 cup Mt. Wilderberries frozen strawberries

• 1 serve Amazonia Vanilla + Maple Collagen Protein

• 2 medjool dates, pitted

• 1 tsp maple syrup

• 1 cup Mandole almond milk

• Coconut cream (optional)

Method

1. In a high-powered blender, add all ingredients except coconut cream. Blend on high until smooth & fully combined.

2. Whilst blending, pour coconut cream down the sides of a large cup. Alternatively, you can pour a little bit of coconut cream down the bottom of your cup.

3. Once blended, pour strawberry smoothie into cup & enjoy!
