Breakfast Bagel

Arguably the tastiest breakfast! This sourdough bagel recipe combines all your breakfast favourites into a quick & easy, nutritionally balanced meal perfect for breakfast or brunch. Not a fan of chilli? No problem! You can leave it out or swap it for basil pesto.
Ingredients
• 1 Venerdi Gluten Freedom Sourdough Bagel
• ¼ avocado, sliced
• 1 egg
• ½ tomato, sliced
• 1 rasher Eumundi Meats bacon
• 1 tsp chilli oil
• 1 tbsp Gevity Rx Bone Broth Mayo
• Handful of rocket
Method
1. Slice your sourdough bagel in half and toast.
2. Whilst bagel is toasting, in a frying pan over medium heat add 1 tsp of chilli oil and gently crack an egg over the top. Cook your egg to your desired consistency & bacon rasher at the same time.
3. Once bagel is toasted, add a generous scoop of Gevity Rx Bone Broth Mayo to the base & spread & stack your fresh rocket, cooked bacon, tomato, avocado & chilli oil egg on top. Enjoy hot and fresh!
