What's in season

Nature always provides what we need for optimal wellbeing. As we come out of hibernation, our bodies crave detoxifying, fresh, & hydrating foods packed with vitamins & minerals.

Spring is one of our favourite times of the year for the variety of organic produce our farms offer! Blood oranges, rich in vitamin C & phytonutrients, add colour & sweetness to salads. Creamy Hass avocados, full of healthy fats, folate, & vitamin E, are perfect for skin protection before summer.

Cauliflower, lettuce, celery, potatoes, tomatoes, capsicums & QLD-grown broccoli are great for roast vegetable salads. Don't forget freshly picked beetroot for an antiinflammatory & flavonoid boost! Asparagus is also in season – why not add to your weekend omelette!

Fruit wise, we're excited about juicy papaya, passion fruit, rock melon, watermelon, rhubarb, blueberries, strawberries & sapote—like chocolate in fruit form! It’s one of the best times of the year for foodies!
