Thank you to those that have already donated to the 2021 Annual Giving Campaign. It is not too late if you are considering donating. Whilst our buildings, uniforms and curriculum have changed over the past 125 years, the School’s ethos remains the same, as does the continued generosity of the School community through Annual Giving. Whether your donation contributes to the Scholarship, Building or Library Fund, all are practical and meaningful ways to make a tangible and lasting difference to the learning experiences for every student now and into the future. In addition to these funds, we have two projects that will be our focus for Annual Giving this year. The first is a state-of-the-art kitchen facility that will be the new home for our popular Cooking Club where girls learn about food
handling, food production and preparation, and the School’s Function kitchen, which will be utilised for community events including Parents’ Association events, the Food and Wine Festival, and OFA reunions. The second project, on a similar theme, is the installation of two mud kitchens on the Junior Campus in our ELC and Junior School playgrounds, replicating the incredibly popular mud kitchen accessed by our Pre-Preps. Mud kitchens provide a hands on learning environment for our students to explore, wonder, play, create connections, develop fine motor skills and enhance their social skills.
