ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital- Mukwonago
In 2022, Findorff introduced our new slogan, "Building & Beyond." "Building" is the core of what we do and going "Beyond" is what elevates Findorff to a trusted partner.
We asked Findorff employees what "Beyond" means to them.
Beyond signifies the extra mile that we work towards building relationships. This includes our clients, subcontractors and partners, as well as fellow Findorffians.

Going beyond means having a positive impact on the communities we work in. The organizations we support also have participation from many of our clients, which leads to stronger relationships.

Beyond is what we do besides the physical work. I take the time to try to get to know the people around me on the projects, and help them feel like they are appreciated and part of the team.

HOURS OF COMPLETED TRAINING
Research has shown that the first year of employment is the most meaningful period of an employee's tenure in determining their overall long-term success. Through seminars, workshops, on-the-job coaching, and more, Findorff supports and encourages our employees' ongoing development and provides foundational construction industry knowledge to better equip our people in their respective fields.
One such example of valuable training hosted by Findorff for our employees is our Supervisory Training Program. This voluntary ninemonth program develops future trade and project management leaders by teaching a wide range of topics including leadership, communication, risk management, contracts, planning and productivity.

Safety focus
Findorff's Lean 5S Program formally started with two superintendents spearheading the original efforts and helping develop the 5S Program we utilize today. By setting standards for jobsite organization and cleanliness, eliminating waste on our sites, and reducing injuries, the 5S process creates a positive work environment and culture by ensuring all contractors eliminate waste in everything they do. Thanks to this program, our jobsites are cleaner than ever, resulting in greater employee safety and noticeable productivity gains.
Currently all Findorff projects are running with portions of the 5S program and we continue to find new and innovative ways to improve our operations.

2022 WAS FINDORFF'S YEAR EVER!
spotlight on education
Over the past year, our team began the largest renovation project in our history for the Madison Metropolitan School District. Work included over $300M with renovations at all four high schools, building a new Southside Elementary School, and renovations for Capital High School. Our experience gives us the ability to excel when working in occupied spaces like these schools.
Findorff is proud of what we've accomplished this year with our education clients and partners which benefited thousands of students, staff, and communities across Wisconsin.

The Middleton High School Campus saw an amazing transformation through extensive additions and renovations to learning environments.
spotlight on healthcare
As we welcome 2023, we are honored to reflect on the support we were able to provide for our clients and partners in helping them accomplish their goals throughout 2022. Closing the chapter on a dynamic year, the Findorff Healthcare Division consistently had a focus on patients, their families, staff, and the community. By doing this, we helped create and enhance environments that will better help our partners provide the best possible care, and we are grateful to know there will be many lives impacted well into the future.
90% OF PROJECTS WERE RENOVATIONS
In 2022, Findorff completed the SSM Health South Madison Campus. This facility plays an essential role in providing healthcare services to under-served patients in the community.
spotlight on multi-family
Multi-family and student housing work continued to grow and expand our footprint across the country in 2022.
We had three major project completions this year with the turnover of Hub Seattle, Hub Blacksburg (phase II), and Hub Tampa. These projects represent over $278M in project value and 1,454 apartment units. We have ongoing projects under construction in College Park, MD; State College, PA; Madison, WI; And Cincinnati, OH; representing another 1,053 apartment units. Though 2022 was a challenging year in terms of market and supply chain volatility, we were extremely pleased to be able to successfully navigate these waters to deliver our standard of quality to our developer partners.
HOUSING UNITS COMPLETED
The
3075
Hub Tampa consists of 371,861 square feet and includes a connected four-story, wood-framed student housing structure and a six-story pre-cast parking structure.
spotlight on science & tech
2022 was an incredibly special year for the Science & Technology Division at Findorff. We continued our mission of helping clients advance their research and accelerate the delivery of products and services. This was accomplished through the many services we provide, such as assisting with implementing ISPE standards, delivering design build projects, and working with our clients on commissioning and qualifications. By doing this, our partners increased their speed-tomarket delivery for their state-of-the-art products and services. As we enter 2023, we look forward to being the best partner by providing these services and lessons learned to additional clients.
