2020:

Reflections from the past year

Relationships.

Expansion.

Rewarding Work.

It's been exciting to build relationships with new and existing clients, subs, and other partners on projects. The talent and dedication of these individuals always impresses me.

It's been an incredible year of growth for Findorff. I am proud to lead Findorff's travel team, Odyssey Group, in a quest to provide industry expertise that supports our clients across the United States.

Moeko Christiansen Assistant Project Manager

Luke Hutchins Director of Project Management

I was honored to be recognized as the first female Vice President at Findorff. This significant recognition demonstrates a commitment to evolve our culture and grow as an organization. Working with employees to find their passion and grow their careers is so rewarding. Renee Boyce VP Human Resources

a letter to our clients and friends, In 2020, we were grateful to be part of an industry deemed essential so that we could meet our clients' continued needs. As we navigated our way through the beginning of the pandemic, we were especially proud to have quickly and efficiently put protocols in place in the field and office, resulting in safer work environments.

Professional Growth.

Community.

This year was rewarding for me personally because I received a promotion, recognizing my contributions to the Special Projects Group. Taking care of our clients and the opportunity to train others in the trades is very rewarding.

Giving back to our communities was more challenging during the pandemic, but the need exists more than ever. I am grateful to have shared my passion by mentoring others, so we can make a difference together. I encourage everyone to get involved and give back.

James "ZZ" Zradicka Superintendent

Ultimately, we are proudest to have dug deep when the past year confronted us with many challenges and uncertainties. Our Findorff family still found ways to support each other, our clients, and our communities throughout the year. With 2020 behind us, we all look forward to a hopeful and resilient 2021. We wish you health and success in the coming year.
