Why did you choose Finance Active’s services? The Degremont Group has implemented a new security & guarantee management solution; the previous tool was ageing and was no longer capable of efficiently supporting our daily monitoring needs. We were looking for an upgradable, reliable and safe solution. We examined different market options and chose the Koesio solution from Finance Active. The solution answers all our needs in terms of functional coverage, product development and cost. Designed in SaaS mode, the Koesio platform offers an easy deployment and upgrades with no additional costs. This is a true advantage compared to the competitions’ solutions. What are the key benefits of the solution? The online solution provides easy access to reliable financial data; the information is shared in real time conditions with everyone in the Group. We have saved time in management processes thanks to automated reports integrating the group’s exchange rates. We can easily compare information and focus on qualitative analysis. We are better at monitoring the risks of our portfolio. The bank fee module allows us to precisely check and monitor our bank fees. In due course, we shall

benefit from a new feature enabling us to automatically print letter of orders for banks. The SaaS model gives all users of the Group, in France or worldwide, access to the solution without us having to go to install and check that the solution is working correctly. Everyone in the group can access the same version with an internet connection, login and password. To facilitate the use of the platform, it can be translated into the user’s language. At the beginning, we did not realize the benefit of this feature but it represents a true advantage for the Group. The SaaS model provides great flexibility in use, customisation and accessibility; we are convinced that we made the right choice. The service is ergonomic and powerful enabling a quick and intuitive start: In only 1 hour we could independently enter our securities and guarantees. How is your relationship with the consultant? We work closely with Finance Active’s team. The consultants are dedicated to long-term relationships; they are available and proactive professionals. We have access to their direct line, making it easy and quick to get in contact with our consultant. Finance Active has a good understanding of our business and expectations; this allows them to develop a solution in line with our operational needs.
