Nativo del este de Los Ángeles, California, el chef Oscar cuenta con la experiencia de haber trabajado bajo el mando de chefs galardonados con estrellas Michelin en Daniel NYC y patina en los ángeles.

Actualmente, es el patriarca de la familia Animalón desde la segunda temporada en 2018, y que junto con el chef Javier Plascencia han consolidado a Animalón como uno de los restaurantes más exitosos y exquisitos del Valle de Guadalupe.

A native of East Los Angeles, California, Chef Oscar has the experience of having worked under Michelin-starred chefs at Daniel NYC and Skates in Los Angeles.

Currently, he is the patriarch of the “Animalón family” since the second season in 2018, and who along with chef Javier Plascencia have consolidated Animalón as one of the most successful and exquisite restaurants in the Guadalupe Valley.
