México cumple un aniversario más, que país lleno de historia, cultura, tristeza y alegrías. Cuando me preguntan cuál es mi relación con México, solo digo una palabra “amistad”.
Llegué a Estados Unidos como un mojado más, un inmigrante de solo 9 años, quien con su familia cruzó un río para llegar a Los Estados Unidos. Ese primer contacto con México dejo huellas marcadas para siempre, el cariño y el apoyo que he recibido durante mis años de mis amigos mexicanos ha sido un abrazo eterno.
En este mes donde México una vez más celebra su 16 de septiembre, nosotros en Roster queremos humildemente mostrar el afecto interminable que le tenemos a ese gran país.
Los artistas de MFM Plus se unieron para dejar sus sentimientos de lo que representa el pueblo mexicano en sus carreras. Algunos recién ahora empiezan a descubrir al público mexicano, y otros ya con experiencias pueden contar anécdotas de viajes o simplemente exclamar su amor y agradecimiento a México.
Les deseo a todos los mexicanos en su día, la mejor salud, mucha paz, pero sobre todo que no dejen nunca de escuchar música.

Mexico celebrates another anniversary, what a country full of history, culture, sadness and joy. When they ask me what my relationship with Mexico is, I only say one word “Friendship”. I arrived in the United States as just another wet man, an immigrant of only 9 years old, who with his family crossed a river to reach the United States. That first contact with Mexico left traces marked forever, the love and support that I have received during my years from my Mexican friends has been an eternal hug.
In this month where Mexico once again celebrates its September 16th, we at Roster humbly want to show the endless affection we have for that great country.
The MFM Plus artists came together to leave their feelings of what the Mexican people represent in their careers. Some are just now beginning to discover the Mexican public, and others already experienced can tell travel anecdotes or simply exclaim their love and gratitude to Mexico.
I wish all Mexicans in their day, the best health, a lot of peace, but above all, never stop listening to music.

Nos conocimos en los primeros años de los 90’s, compartimos viajes, y muchas charlas, aprendí mucho de ti y del resto de la banda, con Juan Carlos tu manager siempre estábamos viendo cosas para hacer hasta el día de ayer
El 8 de septiembre de este año a muy temprana hora vi en las redes que estabas mal, internado en Mendoza y de critica salud, enseguida le escribí a Juan y me lo confirmo, desde ese momento todas mis plegarias eran para tu recuperación, pero se ve que el TATA DIOS quería que estes cantando en lo más alto del universo, y bueno te llevo
Cuando me entere estaba viendo un partido de fútbol, y sabes lo que eso significa para mí, y cuando me lo confirmaron, por mente solo aparecían imágenes de las giras, de las risas en camerinos, de los días de compras en el mall de SAWGRASS en Florida, y muchas cosas más
La música te va extrañar mucho, tus fans más que nunca, pero tus amigos vamos a recordarte siempre tal cual como eras, alegre, divertido, lleno de anécdotas, y sobre todo con letra inolvidables para cada melodía.

Aunque nací en Cuba y me crié en Nueva York, la música y cultura de México siempre ha sido gran parte de mi historia Uno de mis tíos que también fue cantautor, siempre llegaba a nuestras reuniones familiares con su guitarra y nos cantaba canciones de México que mayormente eran rancheras. El típicamente vestía con un estilo muy Mexicano con el sombrero tradicional mexicano y las botas. Así que siempre tuve la cultura y la música mexicana a mi alrededor y por eso quiero tanto a México.
Although I was born in Cuba and raised in NYC, Mexican music and culture has always been a big part of my history One of my uncle's, who was also a singer/songwriter, would bring his guitar to family gatherings and play us songs that were Mexican style such as rancheras He even dressed in the traditional Mexican style with the sombrero and boots So I grew up loving Mexican music and culture as a direct result of my upbringing

En el 2005, Inés Gaviria lanzó su primera producción discográfica titulada “A Mi Manera” “Que Pasó?” primer sencillo de su álbum, ocupó los principales lugares de la radio en Colombia y permaneció por más de 23 semanas en listas; su video grabado en la ciudad de Nueva York, estuvo en rotación en varios canales de video, alcanzando una posición entre los primeros 10 videos más solicitados de MTV
Su segundo sencillo “De Repente” encontró rápidamente los primeros lugares de las listas musicales en Colombia En Septiembre de 2006 Inés Gaviria recibió en su país un Disco de Oro por las ventas alcanzadas con su álbum
En noviembre de 2006 Inés fue nominada a los Premios Latin Grammy como “Mejor Nuevo Artista” y “Mejor Artista Vocal Pop Femenina”, convirtiéndose en la única artista independiente en alcanzar tan alto reconocimiento con su primera producción discográfica

In the year 2005, Ines released her first album titled: “A Mi Manera” Her first single,“Que Pasó?”, climbed to the first places in the most important Radio Stations in Colombia, and stayed on the list for more than 23 weeks. Her video, filmed in the City of New York, rotated in different video channels, reaching a position in the 10 most wanted videos on MTV
Her second single, “De Repente” , quickly found its way into the first places on the Colombian charts In September 2006, Ines received a Gold Album in her country due to her amount of sales.
In 2007, Inés shared the stage with artists such as Franco de Vita, Juan Fernando Velasco, Gianmarco, and Andres Cepeda, between others In June, her fourth single and video “Besos Como Lluvia” was released, and Ines has dedicated her time since then to write and record her new album
