TBN, are preparing a major private tourism event in one of the best tourist destinations in Brazil, adding beauty, business, leisure and training for the Travel Industry Professionals, which will take place during the period 26 to August 30, 2015, at Mabu Thermas Grand Resort.
The National Meeting of Travel Agents – by Ricardo Lopes, today denominated TBN – Travel Business Networking, was created in 2002.
The 5th till the 9th Meetings were pointed out from the Tourism Trade as one of the best events of the Travel Industry business due mainly to the implementation of a virtual scheduling system.
The 2015 event will feature 90 exhibitors and 1,000 travel agents Buyers for 4 days of work and business including the most beautiful presentations with a virtual scheduling software performed by internet, The Travel Agents and Buyers will make interviews with exhibitors for two consecutive workdays.
It’s our objective to show to all guests during the four days, of the event, products projects and services national and international companies of the Travel Industry market, offering to its customers and business partners the opportunity to socialize, to trade and to develop professional relationships.
The event will be conducting business through more than 30 lectures of tour operators, performed hourly to train their clients. We will also have seven private rooms for holding cocktails for up to 60 guests Vips, where exhibitors can receive their Special clients.
The event’s sucess is due to the presence of exhibitors of special relevance in the tourism market, the quality of the guests with decision power, the meeting scheduling system by use of the internet, together with the organization and administration of the event by founder Ricardo Lopes.
The Travel Agents and Tour Operators invited by each exhibitor, make the difference in our guest’s qualification.
The model allows Travel Industry Agents, after confirming their presence at the event, to choose with which exhibitors, operators, airlines, car rental agencies, theme parks, cruise companies, consolidators and projects they wish to trade. The scheduling system is avaliable for 3 months before the event, so the guests can access it at anytime, make and cancel appointments, ask questions, etc. In addition, training rooms are also offered, motivational speeches and leisure activities. Everything is done to contribute to the qualification and, if necessary, the certification of the travel agents.
