HOUSE OF CARDS Season 3, episode 1-3 Following the lecture by Brian Dunphy we will be screening the first episodes of Season 3. Set in present-day Washington DC, HoC tells the story of Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey), a Democrat from South Carolina who initiates an elaborate plan to get himself into a position of greater power, aided by his wife, Claire Underwood (Robin Wright).

COLLEGE IN CONCERT Workshop: Prokofjev and Mahler Before the concert starts, one of the musicians will tell you all about the organisation and structure of an orchestra. Is the cooperation between different instrument groups within an orchestra similar to the cooperation between different departments within an organisation? DE PUTPASSAGE Theatervoorstelling: De zusjes van Samen met één muzikale man brengen de dames deze tragikomische voorstelling over de onbegrensde mogelijkheden van 20-ers en hoe uit de put, die vrijheid heet, te klimmen. Oftewel van leven achter je iPhone, in je onesie, al chocolade-etend en elke seconde kijkend of iemand weer wat op Facebook heeft gepost, naar het echte leven, wat dat dan ook is. OPEN MIC NIGHT XL & DANCE EVENT In May we will showcase music and dance talents of Erasmus University. Together with ESN-Rotterdam we will organise an XL-version of our monthly Open Mic Night on Monday 18 May. Bands, singer/songwriters, acoustic acts, all kinds of musical acts are welcome! On Tuesday 26 May the spotlight is on dance acts. Are you a great popper&locker, ballet, ballroom or latin dancer and want to perform solo, in a duet or with a group, as long as one of the participants of your act is a student, we would love to see you perform!
