Donald ~ President & Chief Executive Officer Arnold Donald is President & Chief Executive Officer of Carnival Corporation & plc -- the largest cruise company in the world, with a portfolio of cruise brands in North America, Europe, Australia and Asia, comprised of Carnival Cruise Lines, Holland America Line, Princess Cruises, Seabourn, AIDA Cruises, Costa Cruises, Cunard, P&O Cruises (Australia), P&O Cruises (UK), and Fathom. Together, these brands operate over 100 ships, serving nearly 10 million guests annually. Carnival Corporation & plc also operates Holland America Princess Alaska Tours, the leading tour company in Alaska and the Canadian Yukon. Prior to Carnival, Arnold was President and Chief Executive Office of the Executive Leadership Council, a professional network and leadership forum for African-American executives of Fortune 500 companies and prior to that, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International, the largest charitable funder of diabetes research in the world. Previously, Mr. Donald was Chairman of Merisant Company, which products include the leading global low-calorie sweetener brands, Equal® and Canderel®. Prior to assuming leadership of Merisant, Mr. Donald was a Corporate Senior Vice-President at Monsanto Company in St. Louis, Missouri with worldwide responsibility that included the company's growth, globalization, and technology initiatives. Other roles within Monsanto included President of the Consumer and Nutrition sector and President of the $4 billion plus Agricultural sector -- this latter role marked by the successful introduction and commercialization of Monsanto’s first crop protection products resulting from modern plant biotechnology. He was recognized by the agricultural industry as Agri-Marketer of the Year in 1996. A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Mr. Donald received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton College, a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Mr. Donald has an extensive history of involvement in local, national, and international organizations, both professional and civic. In November 1998, Mr. Donald was appointed by President Clinton to serve on the President’s Export Council (PEC) for international trade. President Bush re-appointed Mr. Donald to the PEC in February 2003. Mr. Donald currently serves on the boards of Bank of America Corporation and Crown Holdings, Inc. Mr. Donald is also on the boards Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, the Greater New Orleans Foundation, and BJC Healthcare, among others. Arnold and his wife Hazel have two daughters, Radiah and Alicia, and one son Zachary.

Thomas M. (Tom) Dow ~ Vice President, Public Affairs Tom Dow is Carnival Corporation’s Vice President of Public Affairs. He serves as liaison to federal and state governments and local communities throughout North America. He represents Carnival Corporation in Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) and Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA). He works with Carnival’s 10 operating companies to coordinate policies and positions on industry issues. A 36-year travel industry veteran, Dow joined Carnival in 2003, after serving in a similar position with Princess Cruises & Tours in Seattle for 10 years. Prior to joining Princess, Dow lived in Alaska for 20 years. He is based in Washington, DC.
