Students from The Forest School were recognized at the April 15 City Council meeting for their work on the Multi-Use Path System presentation.

Held the weekly Management Team meeting Held Budget meetings for two days with all the City departments Met with Jefferson Browne & Gresham Architects and Steve Mauro from Comprehensive Program Services to discuss the Amphitheater upgrades Met with Goodwyn Mills Cawood and Reeves Young to discuss change orders for the Wastewater Treatment Plant upgrades and to get an overall project update Held a lunch meeting with Brett Baker from Trilith and Jeff Collins from Rochester Engineering to discuss various development projects/opportunities around the City Discussion on Development Agreement items with members for the Community & Economic Development Department and Fire Department Site visit at the Fayette Pavilion shopping center with Steven Chrimes from Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors Met with Cotter Properties to discuss their proposal for a townhome project at the northeast corner of the State Route 54/Campaign Trail intersection (adjacent to The Villages @ Lafayette Park Subdivision) Held a Park Policy/Ordinance discussion with staff from the Public Services and Community & Economic Development departments Met with Don Bolia from Peachtree Government Relations to discuss various City projects and opportunities for funding Apex Insurance Company to discuss property and casualty, and workers compensation quotes
