FICEP's CNC line is engineered and designed for milling, drilling and scribing steel plates specifically for the wind tower construction industry. FICEP Energy is a powerful and innovative solution that achieves high productivity, versatility and performance, and meets the elevated quality standards required by regulations associated with the wind tower industry.
FICEP Energy satisfies the wind tower construction processes requirements, and also meets the energy sector needs (such as those associated with heat exchangers), as well as the requirements of the oil and gas and civil construction industries, and shipyards. FICEP Energy’s technological focus is the chamfering of large and thick plates. But thanks to its versatility, the CNC system is able to drill, mill and scribe plates of different shapes and thicknesses, from a minimum of 6mm up to a maximum of 140mm. The plate width ranges from a minimum of 100mm up to a maximum of 4,500mm, and the maximum length is 30,000mm. The gantry system and the two different working areas allow a continuous working cycle without machine stoppages, which helps to maintain high productivity rates.
