SKILLZ CUTZ BARBERSHOP & SALON Immigrating from Haiti in 1997, Wil is known as North Dakota’s “First Black Barber.” He rode a purple bike from a Cass County jail cell to Moler Barber College in Downtown Fargo and later opened his own salon in 2007. BOPPA’S BAGELS Since 2001, Boppa’s has been baking fresh bagels daily. Owner Frank Darko took over the shop in 2016 from his mentor and original owner, Gary Porter. With a second location coming soon, head out to try one of their 30 different types of bagels with 18 different cream cheese flavors.
