KENDALL BARBIE BEAUTY

This inclusive beauty store has become a staple in the community for excellent aesthetician services, high-quality make-up and skincare products, and plenty of snarky gifts and goods. Owned and operated by Kendall Barbie, KBB has become known as a safe and diverse space for so many.

SKILLZ CUTZ BARBERSHOP & SALON

Immigrating from Haiti in 1997, Wil is known as North Dakota’s “First Black Barber.” He rode a purple bike from a Cass County jail cell to Moler Barber College in Downtown Fargo and later opened his own salon in 2007. Skillz Cutz is known for fades, beards, braids, and kids.

BOPPA’S BAGELS

Since 2001, Boppa’s has been baking fresh bagels daily. Owner Frank Darko took over the shop in 2016 from his mentor and original owner, Gary Porter. With a second location coming soon, head out to try one of their 30 different types of bagels with 18 different cream cheese flavors.

UNCLE CHARLIE’S GOURMET SNACKS

Chef C.E. Cottman, the company's founder, grew up fascinated by the forbidden homemade cheesecake that his great "Uncle Charlie" kept in the fridge. With a focus on quality ingredients, Chef Cottman launched Uncle Charlie's Gourmet Snacks in the Fall of 2020 with the goal of providing gourmet chocolate snacks that the whole family could enjoy.

Established in 2004, Thai Orchid was the first Thai restaurant in the area. This family-owned business is based on the Osa family’s 10+ years of experience. They are determined to cook the best quality and most authentic food using their great-grandmother’s recipe, served with warm hospitality in a home-like atmosphere.
