Celebrating Success

Congratulations to Therapy Manager and Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Lauren Ricketts, at South River Healthcare Center! She was recently named one of our first Clinical Mentor Champions for her role in mentoring new therapists and managers joining the CommuniCare team.

Lauren has been an SLP for eight years and started her career in a clinical fellowship year at Marley Neck Healthcare Center. During her time with CommuniCare, she has continuously grown as a leader and has developed comprehensive tools to help orient and mentor recent SLP graduates. Thank you for sharing your passion and truly going above and beyond, Lauren!

We are proud to share Georgina’s success story Following an acute hospital stay for weakness, Georgina admitted to Great Lakes Healthcare Center to help regain her strength and improve her ability to complete daily self-care activities She worked very hard in physical and occupational therapies and made significant progress At the time of her discharge, Georgina was walking 175 feet with a rolling walker and performing all activities for daily living! She is now back to assisted living and doing very well

Thank you to our incredible IT department for your steadfast dedication during the recent global CrowdStrike outage They spent countless hours resolving the CrowdStrike issues, and have been nothing short of remarkable. Their expertise and tireless efforts ensured that we could swiftly return to normal operations.

It was an all hands on deck effort From the Blue Ash home office, to all of our regional and divisional teams, as well as the Dubai IT team. Your HEART showed up in big ways! Teamwork makes the dream work - our systems operate!

Bert was recognized for going above and beyond in his duties and taking care of all laptop and desktop requests he receives each day, while also being extremely helpful to his coworkers. Despite getting many last minute requests, he rarely falls behind.

Team Building in Blue Ash

Our Blue Ash Home Office True Blue Alliance team celebrated another month of birthdays, anniversaries and new hires, and had a blast with True Blue Bingo. Congrats to the lucky winners!
