Congratulations to Dr. Paige Cox on receiving her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership!
I am a licensed independent social worker with three degrees from The Ohio State University and I recently earned my Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from the University of Dayton. Kids Thrive was a good transition for me, this job is both challenging and rewarding and I’m excited to reach the center’s full potential, while watching my team continue to grow. My future goals are to continue research in the field and become a part-time lecturer in social work at a university. I’m very excited to continue the work I do at Kids Thrive and watch this program thrive.
