This land consolidation planning took place at Jl. Terusan Pasirkoja, Bandung. The background of chosing that place is because acording to SK Walikota Bandung No. 648/Kep.286-DisTaRCip/2015,

Keluarahan Babakan Tarogong, Kecamatan Bojongloa Kaler categorized as high population and slum area.

The main goal of this land consolidation is to increase the efficiency and productivity of land use. Furthermore, land consolidation could arrange land use tenure and create orderly land use.

During the planning process, the land consolidation plan emphasizing population analysis. Remembering its main goal to increase efficiency and productivity of land use, analyzing the population is a crucial part.

The land consolidation type that i use in this plan is vertical land housing. vertical land housing could arrange slum areas and provide empty land.

Empty land is used for TPBP (Replacement Land for Developmnet Costs) and STUP (Land Endowment for Development).

TPBP is use for replacing costs such as land acquisition, vertical housing, public facilities, etc.

STUP is use for public facilities and social facilities that necessary according to Standar Nasional Indonesia 03-7013-2004

"Perencanaan Rumah Susun".

Background

The Pajajaran Bogor Sports Arena (GOR) area or complex still has several problems, especially in the physical aspect such as incomplete public facilities to support the activities needed by visitors or the people of Bogor City. In addition, there are problems such as supporting activities, parking lots, and road markings or directions that have not been spread evenly. So it is necessary to organize both for function and design that takes into account the comfort of visitors.

Designing a sports area in the "Jungle Festival" Recreation Area in South Bogor, Bogor City, by preparing a design plan that can minimize area problems, optimize the area's potential, and meet visitor needs

Reasoning

The Jungle Fest recreation area is a recreation area that is well known to the public within and outside the city of Bogor.

The Jungle Fest recreation area was one of the most popular theme parks and was crowded with visitors in its day.
