Your three favourite dining spots in Abu Dhabi... I worked in Beirut before and have some great memories from then, so Sambusek at Rosewood Abu Dhabi is definitely one of my favorites as it reminds me of the flavours of Lebanon. Dai Pai Dong is another great option for me after work, the location and atmosphere allows me to relax and the food transports me to Hong Kong. The third one would be Sontaya at the St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort where I usually go on weekends. I’m a huge fan of Thai food and their vies from the restaurant are fantastic! 82

Rosewood Abu Dhabi was my first encounter with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and I must say it was a great eye opener to the future of hospitality. You feel the passion for the industry in our associates, and the love for the Rosewood company culture which brings back the original meaning of hospitality where luxury is understated and synonymous with comfort. Where the aim of the game is to always be intuitive to guests needs and this cascades from the leadership down.

Recommend some hidden gems to visit in Abu Dhabi? I arrived to Abu Dhabi last year in August, and I must say, I Immediately fell in love with the city mainly due to its hidden gems. My recommendations would be Masdar City and its passion for renewal energy combining the architecture of the past with the latest technology. It is a must to visit and a unique setting in the world. The Falcon Hospital to understand the local passion for the art of falconry and my recently acquired favorite the Mina Zayed Fish Market, early in the morning.
