Paul has spearheaded development in the Middle East since 2000, having been involved in some of the most iconic developments across the Gulf, including The Palms, Burj Khalifa, NYUAD, Saadiyat Island, DMC, Raha Beach, Reem Island, KIZAD, ICAD, and a multitude of residential, hospitality, institutional, retail, leisure and industrial projects. For the past three years he has been the CEO of Integra where he has provided overall strategic and commercial direction, in addition to leading our development management team.

Roland’s expertise ranges from logistics business design, development of integrated logistics and multi-modal transport platforms, design of global supply chains and distribution systems, process and technical design of logistics facilities, logistics business development, to logistics management.

This experience has been built during a vast number of design and consulting projects in the industry sectors of aviation, electronics, automotive, FMCG, perishable products, and logistics services industries as well as during line management functions in the logistics services industry in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands.

An expert in free zone strategy and operations, Krysta captained the global award-winning transformation of the DMCC free zone. Travis has managed the successful delivery of a range of facilities covering industrial, commercial, pharmaceutical and government sectors; most recently focussing on the delivery of advanced industrial and logistics facilities.

Travis previously held a senior role in Australia's largest industrial property group managing new industrial and commercial developments from site acquisition, feasibility and lease negotiations through to construction and handover.

He has been responsible for delivering a staggering $2.7 billion of distribution centres over the past 10 years, many of which include state-of-the-art automation.

Milan is co-founder and COO of TMX. He is an experienced and dynamic property professional with an extensive skillset across industrial property procurement and development.

During his 25+ year career, Matthew has gained significant experience across all phases of design, delivery and project management, successfully delivering multiple residential, commercial, retail and resort developments plus a plethora of civil, water, wastewater and environmental infrastructure projects. Of note and drawing upon all of this experience, Matthew was in part responsible for the master plan and design of two of the famous man-made ‘Palm islands’ in the United Arab Emirates.
