Paul Morris DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR 30 YEARS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE 20 YEARS MIDDLE EAST EXPERIENCE Paul has spearheaded development in the Middle East since 2000, having been involved in some of the most iconic developments across the Gulf, including The Palms, Burj Khalifa, NYUAD, Saadiyat Island, DMC, Raha Beach, Reem Island, KIZAD, ICAD, and a multitude of residential, hospitality, institutional, retail, leisure and industrial projects. For the past three years he has been the CEO of Integra where he has provided overall strategic and commercial direction, in addition to leading our development management team. Jon has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, with 9 years in the UAE, focusing primarily on the commercial aspects procurement, contracts management and contract administration.

During his 25+ year career, Matthew has gained significant experience across all phases of design, delivery and project management, successfully delivering multiple residential, commercial, retail and resort developments plus a plethora of civil, water, wastewater and environmental infrastructure projects. Of note and drawing upon all of this experience, Matthew was in part responsible for the master plan and design of two of the famous man-made ‘Palm islands’ in the United Arab Emirates.

With 25 years’ experience, Keenan has delivered awardwinning projects across the GCC, Sub-Saharan Africa and SouthEast Asia, across a broad base of sectors, especially including hitech and industrial projects.

Prior to joining ValuStrat Qatar, Mr. Banach was Head of Valuation & Research at Land Sterling in Dubai, UAE. Before moving to the GCC region, his past experience includes roles with international companies such as Deloitte, Savills, Knight Frank and Prologis.

Mark sits on many ICE (Institution of Civil Engineers) committees and supports local committees throughout the Middle East and Africa. He is also the Council Member for the Middle East and Africa for ICE and Country Representative for the UAE.

His fields of expertise include cost estimating / planning, value engineering, risk management, procurement methodology and implementation, contract drafting, post-contract cost management, contract administration, settlement of final accounts and claims management.

Declan has twenty years of international experience working in construction project management and contracting managing both pre and postcontract phases. With a particular focus on delivering projects for Media and Broadcast companies (Sky News Arabia, OSN and Abu Dhabi Media), Declan has also been instrumental in project delivery across a range of sectors Hospitality, Healthcare, Commercial, Retail and industrial projects.

Holger leads the TMX team in Asia. Client Need · The client was facing a number of challenges from a complex and inefficient supply chain, which was largely an outcome of multiple mergers over a short period of time.

Client Need · Due to the growth of eCommerce, parcel and packet volumes the Client is experiencing significant pressure and is expected to continue to grow strongly into the future. NZ Post’s sortation capacity was already under considerable pressure, breaching available capacity during peak times. The network needed sortation capacity that could grow with volume, deal with peak processing nearly double the average and provide a high level of flexibility.

Client Need · Saudi Ghassanco Group were considering spinning off their logistics operations into a separate commercial entity in the growing 3PL logistics market of KSA

The client also needed to address increasing customer and well-known aging population challenges unique to Japan.

EZDA Solution · Through EZDA, TMX designed a strategy that consolidated the client’s distribution centre sites, lowering fixed costs as well as creating critical mass to support the introduction of state-of-theart automation and robotics. ·

Additionally, a 3-echelon inventory model was re-engineered to 2 echelons, simplifying flow of product, and enabling rationalisation of service nodes downstream from the distribution centres.

EZDA Solution · We were engaged to design an integrated delivery network strategy that would meet future customer expectations in a cost-efficient manner and enable NZ Post to maintain their position as the dominant delivery service provider in a dynamic and competitive market. ·

We developed a strategy for an efficient modular processing network backbone that can grow with demand and provide capabilities to differentiate from competitors.

EZDA’s member firm, adi, operates one of the most streamlined agribusinesses globally, with cold chain delivery from growers to the florists typically occurring in under 24h across Europe. Much of this is achieved through in-house track and expediting software via seamless global 3PL transport company relationships.

In line with a supply chain strategy completed by EZDA, Myer needed to procure a new facility. Myer had a number of tight timeframes to meet as well as a complex Materials Handling Solutions (MHS) to integrate into the new distribution centre facility. Additionally, Myer needed support to ensure the facility they procured had the most competitive terms while fully meeting their requirements.

EZDA Solution The new facility was opened within 6 months of commencement with the whole Network Transformation delivering a major EBIT shift for the business.
