E D INBOROUGH PARK As beautiful as the seasons can be in Edina, there are days when a delightful indoor option like Edinborough Park is the perfect place for fun. There’s a junior Olympic-size swimming pool, fitness area and 1/16 mile running/walking track, but the real star of the show is Edinborough’s Playpark and Adventure Peak. This climbing–crawling– sliding space is filled with challenging options where kids can work all their muscles. Edinborough Park also features free musical performances in the Amphitheatre; check the website for a complete schedule of events. 7700 York Ave. S. // 952.833.9540 edinamn.gov

Open to bikers, pedestrians and skaters, the trail is the perfect way for visitors to explore the area. Winter visitors can explore via bike, skis or walking shoes.
