Thank you for inviting EXIT Prestige Luxury Realty the opportunity to share information about our real estate and property management company, serving three (3) locations; Pascagoula, Biloxi and Pass Christian, MS. Since 2008, EXIT Prestige Luxury Realty has been specializing in the listing and selling of Commercial and Residential Properties, in, a HOA/COA/POA management. By having a dedicated team, we can offer our clients a low property manager ratio, as well as a high level of professionals, personalized service.

Our management company, Prestige Luxury Rentals, provides 24-hour support, so whether we are onsite during business hours, or offsite after hours, our team is readily available to assist you. Our team focuses on providing owners with timely communication, easy to understand financial statements as well as operating analysis and management. We have a host of services available from guiding the day to day activities of a

property for commercial, residential and condominium properties.

Our extensive experience, administrative and hands-on approach will ensure that we will reduce the efforts of everyone involved in the property. We pride ourselves on the continued exceptional service we provide our clients and able to provide references to any of our properties on request.

Determine ahead of time your “rental rates” (establish high and low rates).

Create unique rental ads that stands out.

Create flyers with unit information and contact information.

Market properties offline (“For Rent” signs, etc.).

Schedule showings.

Screening Tenants •

Complete phone screen questionnaire (prescreen BEFORE showing unit).

Follow up with interested parties.

Have prospective tenants complete Rental Application (we charge the tenant $40 to cover our cost).

Process a criminal, credit, and background check.

Reach out to previous landlord/management company to ask questions about prospective tenant rental history.

Make decision based on rental history, background and credit check.

If accepted, the tenant is contacted to secure unit with security deposit, schedule move in date and lease signing.

If declined, phone call and standard letter is sent declining them.

She owns and operates her property management company: Prestige Luxury Rentals and three EXIT Prestige Luxury Realty offices located in Biloxi, Pass Christian and Pascagoula, MS.
